Products

Everything for your catalog, covering product types, variants, kits, modifiers, organization, bundles, bulk import, and stock.

Your catalog lives here. A product can be simple (one price, one stock count), have variants (size × color, each with its own SKU and inventory), be a kit (one item on the shelf made up of other products you already sell, like a gift box), or carry modifier groups for per-order customizations. On top of that, categories, brands, and tags organize how customers find things. New here? Start with Introduction to products, which explains which pattern fits before you add anything.

Product models

  • Variants are multiple versions, each with its own price, SKU, and stock.
  • Kits are one product on the shelf made up of other products you already sell, sold as a single item. Stock comes from the contents, and you pick whether the price is one you type or one worked out from the contents.
  • Modifier groups are per-order add-ons (toppings, engraving, warranties) with no new SKU.
  • Custom fields & Attributes hold extra structured data and option values.

Organize the catalog

  • Categories are the navigation tree.
  • Brands are the maker or label behind each product.

Sell more per order

  • Bundles show a cart offer to add a second product at a discount. They are a promotion, not a product. To put a set on the shelf as one item customers can search for, use a kit instead.
  • Order bumps are one-click add-ons at checkout.
  • Related products are cross-sell and upsell suggestions.
